All deposit fees are non-refundable. The pre-payment deposit is deducted from your full service amount. You have the ability to reschedule "ONCE", notifying 24 hours in advance if not you are responsible for the deposit fee. If you are running late to your appointment deposits are lost and may not be used to reschedule appointments. Thank you for your continual business. :)
